Art Supervisor

Description

• Design and develop advertising concepts for healthcare professionals and consumer audiences.
• Present and refine creative work, explaining the "big idea" to the team.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to set visual standards.
• Mentor and develop Art Directors and creative team members.
• Partner with Strategy on research, positioning, and messaging.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• 4-6 years of agency experience, with some of that time at a healthcare agency.
• Strong digital/integrated experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Portfolio that shows ability to concept, develop and execute creative solutions.
