Our Summer Internship Program
An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders – just to name a few!
The Solution Design Intern will support the solution design and content and discovery team with discovery and development of deployment solutions and core commercial offerings that help clients successfully support patients getting on product. As part of the Solution Design team at Syneos Health, the intern will work across commercial functions to help integrate deployment models, capabilities, and services into cohesive, client-ready solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to how strategy, deployment, and execution align across the commercial lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.

Responsibilities:
- Support the design and documentation of deployment solutions aligned to Syneos Health’s core commercial offerings
- Assist in integrating capabilities across sales, marketing, patient engagement, data, and operations into unified solution approaches
- Develop solution content such as presentations, summaries, workflows, and deployment models
- Participate in cross-functional solutioning sessions to understand how commercial solutions are built, positioned, and operationalized
- Conduct research on client needs, market dynamics, and commercial trends to inform solution design
- Help maintain solution tools, templates, and documentation that support consistent, scalable solution development
- Understand how Syneos Health structures and deploys its core commercial solutions
- Demonstrate the ability to support integrated solution design across multiple commercial capabilities
- Deliver clear, high-quality solution materials that align strategy with execution
- Communicate effectively within cross-functional commercial teams
- Articulate how deployment solutions support successful commercialization and long-term client value
