Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations across multiple active construction projects.
Manage all phases of construction from project start-up through closeout.
Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, documentation requirements, and project timelines.
Handle RFIs, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
Coordinate closely with ownership and project stakeholders.
Provide consistent field leadership and maintain accountability across job sites.
Manage communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project management functions.
Required Experience
Extensive experience in ground-up multifamily construction in Boston.
Proven background in small to mid-sized urban multifamily projects (up to ~15 units).
Strong experience with historic brownstone renovations and full gut rehab projects.
Ability to manage complex urban construction environments, including tight access sites and unforeseen structural conditions.
15-20 years of overall construction experience, with at least 10 years in the Boston area.
Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple active job sites.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with construction and project management tools such as:

Microsoft Excel
