Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist)
Location: Onsite (Nebraska)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations accurately and efficiently.
Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout imaging procedures.
Follow all radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.
Operate, maintain, and handle radiology equipment safely to prevent damage or injury.
Verify patient identity and explain imaging procedures before examinations.
Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.
Communicate findings and imaging information promptly to physicians and healthcare providers.
Follow infection control, HIPAA, and facility policies and procedures.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe imaging department.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
ARRT certification (or eligibility)
Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Active Nebraska Medical Radiographer License. (preferred)
Previous experience in diagnostic radiology.(preferred)
