Position Overview
Seeking one or more Field Supervisors (Project Superintendents) to lead construction crews on various civil construction projects, including sewers, watermains, water and wastewater facilities, roads, small bridges, earthwork, and grading.
Prioritize safety first and quality second on all projects.
Manage individual construction projects in the field, leading crews and coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project partners.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Develop proactive plans and resolve field challenges efficiently.
Maintain positive work in Document completed work and maintain accurate project records.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of civil construction experience.
Previous experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or in a similar leadership role strongly preferred.
Knowledge of construction safety practices, safety equipment, and OSHA requirements.
Experience using surveying equipment, including transits, levels, rotating lasers, and pipe lasers.
Familiarity with safety harnesses, tripods, gas detectors, and other construction tools.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Experience with GPS machine control and positioning systems is a plus.
General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under demanding workloads, meet deadlines, and perform outdoors in varying weather condition Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation
Annual salary: $70,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
