We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal to support a high-performing employment law practice in Seattle, WA. This role offers meaningful responsibility across case development, client service, document analysis, litigation support, and case management. Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and analyze case facts, documents, evidence, and other information.
Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, and third parties.
Assist attorneys with case strategy, case management, and litigation preparation.
Maintain case deadlines, calendars, workflows, and related logistics.
Review, summarize, and organize large volumes of documents.
Prepare timelines, witness summaries, and case chronologies.
Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and potential case issues.
Assist with damage calculations and case analysis.
Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
Coordinate discovery and document production.
Manage court filings and case logistics.
Prepare materials for hearings, mediations, and trials.
Communicate professionally with clients and help them navigate legal processes.
Gather client information and documentation efficiently.
Anticipate attorney and client needs and proactively move matters forward.
Independently manage significant portions of case workflows and contribute to case outcomes.
Qualifications
2-5 years of paralegal experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments.

Washington employment law experience preferred.
Experience with discovery management and document review preferred.
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
