What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architect/Architectural Project Manager position at Synectics?

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Required).
Bachelor of Architecture or significant retail experience.
Five or more years of experience with renovations and new construction (Required).
Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC).
Job Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepare construction documents, develop technical solutions, and work directly with clients and consultants.
Participate in client meetings throughout the design and construction document process.
Provide construction administration support throughout the construction phase.
