- Represent clients before the Workers' Compensation Commission and in related Circuit Court proceedings
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression
- Advocate for injured workers with professionalism, integrity, and strong client communication
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in [insert state]
- Minimum of 7-10 years of Workers' Compensation experience
- Demonstrated success in representing claimants in Workers' Compensation cases
- Experience conducting hearings, depositions, and medical expert cross-examinations
