Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload independently with partner support.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Take and defend depositions, appear in court for hearings and motions.
- Work closely with clients and insurance carriers to strategize cases.
- Lead cases to trial, demonstrating first-chair trial experience.
- 5 years personal Injury/Insurance defense Litigation experience; first-chair trial experience required.
- Strong case management and litigation strategy skills.
- Solid deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience.
- Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Competitive base salary: $190,000-$250,000 DOE.
