Active PTCB Certification (CPhT) Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing) Knowledge of USP and USP ; sterile compounding experience preferredStrong understanding of pharmacy calculations (ratios, conversions, concentrations) High attention to detail and ability to work in a precision-driven environment Experience handling delicate compounding equipment Ability to follow strict safety and documentation protocols Strong computer skills; experience with pharmacy systems (Lifefile preferred) At least 1 year of sterile compounding experience preferred

- Compound customized medications using proprietary formulations
