Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Fully competent in own research area within Bioscience discipline. Initiate, direct and perform research experiments and implementing strategies.
- Will be able to work without direct supervision and be able to advise/train less experienced scientists.
- Hands-on Skills: Ex vivo tumor processing, MSD multiplex cytokine assays, microscopy-based tissue characterization
- Career Growth: Exposure to patient-centric human model systems that directly inform drug development decisions
- Network & Impact: Collaborate across functions on projects that drive real change in Early Oncology
- Strong laboratory skills with excellent aseptic technique, background in cell culture and cell-based assays, collaborative team player with a learning mindset
- Preferred: Immunology background, experience with multiplex assays (MSD/ELISA), flow cytometry, or tissue processing
- Tissue culture experience and the ability to work with samples in sterile conditions
- Immunology background, preferably practical experience in the immunology space
- In vitro immune assay experience (such as ELISAs, FACS, protein characterization, and possibly mass spec or proteomics)
- Hands-on laboratory experience, ideally through full-time internships, co-op, or significant lab work rather than just undergraduate coursework
