Senior Concrete Project Manager

• Manage commercial concrete construction projects from award through project closeout.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.

• Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.

• Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and project performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

• Support estimating and preconstruction activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.

• Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.

• Experience managing structural concrete, foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and reinforced concrete.

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management.

• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Safety certification is a plus.
