Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage client assignments and projects.
- Lead client audit engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits.
- Complete assignments, tasks, and project components.
- Supervise, train, coach, and mentor lower-level staff on audit processes.
- Research and analyze financial statement and audit-related issues.
- Develop a working knowledge of clients' businesses.
- Proactively interact with client management to gather information, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to the 24-hour response policy for client communications.
- Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership, training, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA highly preferred.
