- Operate and maintain GC-FID and GC-MS instrumentation
- Analyze and interpret complex aroma and volatile compound data
- Support implementation of GC×GC-TOF technology
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Translate analytical results into formulation and product improvements
- Collaborate with R&D, product development, and commercial teams
- Maintain lab standards, documentation, and data integrity
- Hands-on experience with GC-FID and GC-MS (required)
- Strong understanding of volatile organic and aroma chemistry
- Experience in flavor, fragrance, or related industries
- Ability to interpret complex chromatographic data
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Exposure to sensory evaluation or aroma analysis
