- Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence, and conduct thorough legal research.
- Develop case strategies with clients, ensuring strong attention to detail.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using an electronic case management system (Filevine).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, statutes, and regulations.
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet or exceed monthly billing requirements using legal billing software (Clio).
- Member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
