- Four 10-hour day shifts per week
- Monday through Friday
- On-call required
- Weekday call: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekend call rotation approximately every fourth weekend (may increase based on staffing needs)
- Perform Interventional Radiology procedures for adult patients
- Assist physicians during minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Operate fluoroscopy and advanced imaging equipment to support patient care
- Maintain patient safety and radiation protection standards throughout procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled cases
- Collaborate with Radiologists, RNs, and multidisciplinary team members during procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC and PACS systems
- Provide support for C-Arm procedures in the Operating Room and Endoscopy when needed
- Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License required
- ARRT certification required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Minimum 1 year of Radiology experience required
- 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Experience with adult patient populations required
- Experience working in procedural environments alongside RNs and physicians
- Familiarity with:
- EPIC EMR
- PACS
- Siemens Artis-Q Imaging Systems
- PURE Software
- Experience with:
- Fluoroscopy-guided procedures
- Radiation safety practices
- Sterile technique
- Heparin-infused saline administration
- Total Non-taxable Pay (weekly) $1,246
- Total Taxable Pay (weekly) $2520
