- Provide test case writing oversight, requirements review, subject matter expertise on enterprise wide application test execution.
- Requirements review - collaboration with analysts to update requirements where needed.
- Triage defects and report on defect impacts.
- Troubleshoot defects /non defects for functional area of expertise that are blocking test progress.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least 1 functional area per application the tester works on.
- Write test cases from a variety of documentation types.
- Applies test expertise and experience to execute test plans, conduct negative/exception tests, verification, performance and regression testing, and UAT testing.
- Full understanding of all aspects of Defect lifecycle.
- Understanding of structured SDLC environment.
- 10 years of QA/testing experience, including test case design, defect troubleshooting, and log analysis (ADB logs, device logs, etc.)
- Strong Mobile/Mobility Testing experience (mandatory) with deep hands-on knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems
- Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted testing tools, build and maintain automation scripts, and independently debug and troubleshoot automation failures
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
- Extensive experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr Enterprise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage testing tasks end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to triage defects independently, including root cause analysis and prioritization
- Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
