- We're currently seeking licensed Psychologists for on-site work in: Bellingham | North Seattle | Olympia | Tacoma/Puyallup | Vancouver
- This role is well-suited for clinicians who value:
- Relationship-based, meaningful clinical work
- Autonomy and flexible scheduling (2 or 4 days/week)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and facility staff
- Serving a medically complex, Medicare-funded population
- Direct psychotherapy with long-term care residents
- Individualized treatment planning
- Occasional consultation with facility staff
- Focus on helping residents maintain dignity, autonomy, and emotional well-being
- Strong foundation in Psychology, including knowledge of theories, practices, and ethical guidelines
- Expertise in providing therapeutic interventions for diverse emotional and mental health concerns
- Interest in geriatric care and issues related to aging or long-term care
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting
- Holds a Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and is a licensed Psychologist in Washington State
- Must pass background check and qualify for professional insurance
- Additional experience in medical or healthcare-related fields is a plus but not required
