Key Responsibilities
- Manage injection molding projects from kickoff through production launch.
- Develop project scope, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers, providing project updates and managing expectations.
- Support mold design reviews, FAI, PPAP, sampling, and process validation activities.
- Implement engineering changes and maintain project documentation.
- Track project performance, quality, timelines, and technical records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality systems, and customer requirements.
- Identify process improvements to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and optimize production efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of Project Engineering or related experience.
- Experience with injection molding manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
- This is an onsite position.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
