Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, staffing, and workflow.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for production issues.
- Drive improvements in labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and cost savings.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees while building a strong team environment.
- Support ISO standards and process improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee timekeeping and production records.
- 5 years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience.
- Experience in PVC, rubber, plastics, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing production teams.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related field preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
