Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Under general supervision, operates computer and peripheral equipment.
- Performs clerical and maintenance tasks in support of a mainframe computer complex or other large centralized IT system.
- Program/project management for contract administration within procurement department.
- Essentially, taking over the project(s) for all of the departments contract administration in conjunction with 1-2 other staff members.
- Processing routine tasks and reviewing any changes or upcoming contract end dates.
- Procurement experience is highly desired.
- Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn systems.
- Work schedule is hybrid.
- Candidate must be available to come to the office 1-2 days a week onsite when required.
