Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop team members on equipment and safety protocols
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues
- Record equipment setups and adjustments
- Establish and optimize process parameters for quality production
- Troubleshoot molding machine/tooling problems
- Support engineering with process and equipment validations
- Document and present production and quality results
- Lead small project teams and manage assigned projects
- 3-5 years' experience in blow molding
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with equipment and tooling
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of SPC, Process Capability, and Gauge R&R
