Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Multifamily Architect located in Glenbrook, NV.
- The Architect will be working solely on our companies projects and be responsible for creating, and drafting architectural designs, developing workforce housing apartment projects, managing the design of the projects, and ensuring that all designs meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- The Architect will work closely with the companies owners and other team members to deliver effective and efficient architectural projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design. California Architect license required.
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Glenbrook, NV
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in construction and regulatory compliance is required as well as Revit, Sketchup, or CAD.
