Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

Location: Clearwater, FL

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical deliverables, including construction plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements and status updates.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies for permitting and approval processes.
  • Support construction administration, including site visits, meeting documentation, shop drawing reviews, and change order development.
  • Perform on-site construction observation and inspection.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • Experience with Revit.
  • Healthcare project experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • AHCA experience.
