Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of pool and spa construction.
- Coordinate construction activities, including pregrading, excavation, steel installation, shell shooting, tile, plumbing, electrical, and pool plaster.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
- Previous experience in the pool construction industry; 5 years preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- Must be insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance policy.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
