Description
- Work closely with producers to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to personal lines customers.
- Preparing and processing quotes, proposals, applications, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Will assess risk and coverage, review and update policies, and handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and general correspondence.
- Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, and process payments.
- The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, along with effective oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass and maintain an Illinois insurance license is required. General office and organizational skills are essential.
- Strong computer skills are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
- Experience with Applied Systems software is a plus.
- Two years of insurance office experience is preferred
