Personal Injury Pre-Litigation / Negotiations Attorney

Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area)

Our firm is a Personal Injury law firm located in Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area). The firm focuses on motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death cases, and is seeking a full-time pre-litigation / negotiations attorney.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 Salary Bonuses Override, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements

In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
  • At least 5 consecutive years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
  • Substantial experience with settlement negotiations
  • Substantial knowledge of managing personal injury pre-litigation cases

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients at intake to discuss process of a case and review the firm's fee agreement
  • Handle negotiations of pre-litigation cases
  • Supervise accounting team on closing out cases settled in pre-litigation

Skills/Requirements

  • Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and timely meet strict deadlines
  • Strategic minded
  • Effective planning and execution ability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
