We are Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with plaintiff litigation experience to support a fast-paced legal team. This role involves case management, document preparation, and administrative support, with a strong focus on personal injury matters.

- Manage and maintain physical and electronic case files
- Handle automobile claims, including No-Fault applications, lost wage claims, and disability documentation
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents with courts and agencies (including e-filing platforms such as NYSCEF and PACER)
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation (exhibits, witness materials, etc.)
- Coordinate and track case deadlines, court dates, and appointments
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and medical providers
- Draft correspondence and routine legal documents
- Support post-filing and pre-trial processes, including document organization and case summaries
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- Prior experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation required (Connecticut experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court filings
- Experience handling auto/no-fault claims and related documentation
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with e-filing systems such as NYSCEF and PACER preferred
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
