Job Overview:Our client is seeking a 4 years experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team, handling complex PI cases, trials, and high-value settlements.Roles & Responsibilities:Represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle, premises, products liability, and other PI matters.Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and memoranda.Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.Manage cases from initial filings through trial preparation and trial work.Review medical records, work with expert witnesses, and prepare trial materials.Qualifications:Active CA State Bar license in good standing.4 years litigation experience, including trials.Ability to manage high-volume PI caseload and supervise paralegals.Strong writing, oral advocacy, organization, and client communication skills.Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $150,000 - $220,000 annually.401(k) with matching.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off.Opportunities for advancement, training, and development.
