Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft, review, and respond to motions and other litigation documents
- Develop case strategies aligned with applicable civil procedure and evidentiary rules
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the case lifecycle
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve optimal case outcomes
- Apply strong knowledge of applicable state civil procedure and rules of evidence
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active and in-good-standing license in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico
- Experience in litigation and drafting motions preferred
- Strong understanding of trial procedure and legal strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
