Key Responsibilities
- Manage auto-accident cases from intake through preparation of the demand package
- Open claims with insurance carriers
- Oversee property damage matters (inspections, total loss, rentals, etc.)
- Schedule client medical appointments and closely monitor treatment progress
- Request, track, and obtain medical records
- Draft property damage demand letters and other basic legal documents
- Provide administrative and case support to attorneys
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, witnesses, and insurance adjusters
- Gather, organize, and develop case-relevant information
- Maintain accurate case notes, documents, and deadlines

- Minimum 1 year of case management experience in personal injury
- Strong understanding of PI procedures, claims handling, and general legal processes
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple cases
- Computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, case management systems)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
- Bilingual Armenian and/or Spanish is strongly preferred
