Compensation
- Base Salary: $130,000 to $155,000 (qualification-dependent)
- Quarterly Performance Commissions on firm-wide PI fees collected. No ceiling.
- Origination Bonuses on cases you personally bring in.
- Year-1 Realistic OTE: $183,000 to $250,000 on plan. Top producers are pacing toward $336,000 .
- Base Salary Tiers $130,000 base. Minimum qualifications:
- Active Virginia bar license in good standing
- 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including active litigation
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
- $155,000 base. All of the above, plus:
- 5 years of plaintiff PI litigation experience (not defense, not insurance)
- 3 first-chair jury trials taken to verdict in PI matters
- Active bar license in Maryland or DC in addition to Virginia
- Verifiable case results
- Preferred but not required: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
- Health, vision, and dental insurance, 100% employer-paid (employee coverage)
- 3 weeks paid time off
- 401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 year
- A dedicated support team from day one. Not shared, not theoretical.
- Own 100 active PI matters across pre-litigation and active litigation
- Drive cases from treatment to demand to settlement or trial verdict
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials
- Collaborate with your team on discovery, records, and demand packages

- You have never taken a case to trial because you "prefer settlements"
