Responsibilities
- Manage cases from intake through resolution while maintaining consistent communication with clients.
- Draft pleadings, motions, demand packages, and other legal documents.
- Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and negotiate with insurance carriers.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation and trial strategy.
- Handle all aspects of plaintiff-side personal injury cases, including evaluating liability and damages, working with medical providers and experts, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial as needed.
- Maximize financial recovery for injured clients.
- Strong knowledge of plaintiff-side personal injury law and civil litigation.
- Experience advocating for injured clients in negligence-based claims.
- Ability to evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
- Experience drafting demand packages, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Skilled in negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
- Experience taking and defending depositions preferred; trial preparation experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a litigation team.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Experience managing plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial preferred.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
