Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead domestic and cross-border M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments
- Serve as primary relationship partner for middle-market and emerging growth clients
- Oversee structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closings
- Mentor and manage associates and counsel while fostering accountability
- Drive business development, client origination, and cross-practice collaboration
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 10 years of M&A experience with partner-level responsibility
- Proven experience advising middle-market companies, founders, PE sponsors
- Strong negotiation, drafting, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Partner-driven, entrepreneurial firm culture
