We are seeking an 10 years experienced Real Estate Partner to join their Real Estate practice, handling complex commercial transactions, with strong firm support, collaborative team, and a preferred $500K portable book of business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Advise on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, leasing, and finance deals
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documents
  • Conduct due diligence on titles, deeds, mortgages, surveys, and corporate records
  • Lead transactions end-to-end from structuring through closing
  • Build client relationships, grow book of business, and supervise team members

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • 10 years of transactional real estate experience
  • Strong expertise in structuring and closing complex real estate deals
  • Proven business development ability and leadership/supervisory experience

Salary : $200,000 - $300,000
