Schedule / Status
- Full-time (benefits eligible at 30 hours/week)
- Outpatient clinic setting
- No hospital rounding
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages (0-99)
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care and wellness visits
- Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Maintain timely documentation and manage patient messages/inbasket
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license
- Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- DEA certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Comfortable working in a community/outpatient clinic environment
- Outpatient experience strongly preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
- Strong competency in inbox/inbasket management and documentation
- 1-2 years of experience working with underserved, low-income, or homeless populations preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto, etc.)
