We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems for residential, commercial, and automotive clients. You must be a problem-solver with excellent manual dexterity and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service, often in urgent or stressful situations.

- Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and adjust locks, deadbolts, door hardware, and keyless entry systems in homes, and offices.
- Emergency Services: Respond promptly to emergency lockout situations for homes, and businesses.
- Key Cutting: Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting machines and impressions.
- Rekeying: Disassemble locks to change tumblers/cylinders and rekey them to fit new keys.
- Security Assessment: Inspect security systems and locking mechanisms to identify weaknesses and recommend upgrades to clients.
- Safe Work: Open safes when combinations are lost or mechanisms malfunction and repair or change safe combinations.
- Master Key Systems: Design, implement, and maintain master key systems for commercial properties.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, courteous, and transparent service, explaining costs and procedures to customers clearly.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional locksmith.
- Certification: Must possess valid state locksmith licensure and a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and key-cutting machines. Familiarity with electronic access control systems is a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to work on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to handle emergency calls.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
