- Handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Serve as lead or first-chair trial counsel when required
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case strategy, status, and outcomes
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel on claims, demands, and settlement offers
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings
- Collaborate with team members while managing cases independently
- Full-time, in-office position
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 6 years of litigation experience
- 5 or more jury trials as first chair (preferred)
- Active member of the Georgia Bar, in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong ability to evaluate claims and assess case value
- Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
