- Represent clients in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Advise on education law, employment matters, workplace investigations, ADA accommodations, and governance issues.
- Support collective bargaining negotiations and labor relations matters.
- Handle student-related legal issues including discipline, conduct hearings, FERPA, and First Amendment matters.
- Counsel clients on special education, business operations, facilities, real estate, and compliance matters.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in public agency representation.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Knowledge of education law, labor and employment law, or public agency law is preferred.

Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
