The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.

Job Duties
- We are looking for sharp, driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys with at least four years of experience who thrive in a high-performance environment.
- The right candidate knows how to push cases forward, stand up to aggressive defense counsel, and deliver results inside and outside the courtroom.
- Take charge of a robust docket of 25 personal injury cases from filing through verdict or settlement
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials confidently and effectively
- Develop and execute aggressive litigation strategies to maximize client recovery
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with speed and precision.
- Communicate proactively with clients and keep them fully informed every step of the way
- Collaborate with and manage your paralegal and trial staff to win cases
- Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado, in good standing
- Minimum of four (4) years of litigation experience, with substantial courtroom exposure
- Strong deposition and trial prep skills
- Fearless advocate with outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, responsive, and ready to own results
- Commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
- Experience handling all phases of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
