Litigation Attorney

We are looking for sharp, driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys with at least four years of experience who thrive in a high-performance environment. The right candidate knows how to push cases forward, stand up to aggressive defense counsel, and deliver results inside and outside the courtroom.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.

Job Duties

• We are looking for sharp, driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorneys with at least four years of experience who thrive in a high-performance environment.
• The right candidate knows how to push cases forward, stand up to aggressive defense counsel, and deliver results inside and outside the courtroom.
• Take charge of a robust docket of 25 personal injury cases from filing through verdict or settlement
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials confidently and effectively
• Develop and execute aggressive litigation strategies to maximize client recovery
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with speed and precision.
• Communicate proactively with clients and keep them fully informed every step of the way
• Collaborate with and manage your paralegal and trial staff to win cases
  
  

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado, in good standing
• Minimum of four (4) years of litigation experience, with substantial courtroom exposure
• Strong deposition and trial prep skills
• Fearless advocate with outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized, responsive, and ready to own results
• Commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
• Experience handling all phases of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
