- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Draft, negotiate, and manage written discovery processes
- Take and defend depositions in civil litigation matters
- Appear in court hearings and argue motions when needed
- Assist with case strategy, settlement negotiations, and client communication
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
