- Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve client objectives and maintain high-quality legal standards.
- Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required; NH and/or RI bar is a plus.
- 5-7 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong academic background and legal writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
