Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and track high-volume personal injury case files from intake through resolution.

• Maintain consistent client communication and provide timely case updates.

• Track legal deadlines and ensure accurate filing of documents and correspondence.

• Process disbursements, checks, and assist with trust account balancing.

• Support intake functions and collaborate with attorneys and staff across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role.

• Experience handling personal injury matters and managing high-volume caseloads.

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and deadline management.

• Comfortable learning legal technology, case management systems, and AI-based tools.
