Our client is seeking an 2 years experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in civil defense litigation.

- Manage cases from pleadings through trial, including trial preparation and co-counsel responsibilities
- Handle discovery: propound/respond, medical record review, and summaries
- Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and expert witnesses
- Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and manage deadlines
- Provide case status reports to insurance carriers and manage caseload independently
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong litigation skills: discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial prep
- Ability to independently manage a caseload under partner supervision
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong multitasking ability in a deadline-driven environment

Salary : $130,000 - $180,000
