The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families to support meaningful skill development.

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families to support meaningful skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making program adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization across environments
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using data tracking systems and electronic records
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current state licensure (if required)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Proficiency with data collection systems and electronic documentation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance required
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
