Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law with experience in Insurance Defense and Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in providing clear and strategic Legal Advice to clients
- Analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough and detailed Legal Research
- Effective Negotiation skills and the ability to reach favorable outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with organizational efficiency
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Arizona State Bar membership required
- Relevant experience in insurance defense litigation or civil litigation preferred
