Our client is seeking a 3 years experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney handling complex insurance coverage, bad faith, commercial litigation, and construction-related risk disputes.

- Manage end-to-end litigation matters including strategy development, case handling, and client communication.
- Perform insurance coverage and claim analysis for complex commercial and construction-related disputes.
- Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and briefs; take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
- Draft and argue motions including dispositive and coverage-related motions; handle appearances in state and federal courts.
- Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals while collaborating across offices on policyholder strategy and risk-transfer solutions.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the California Bar; additional state bar admissions are a plus.
- 3 years of experience in insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or complex commercial litigation.
- Exposure to construction law, construction defect, and insurance risk transfer preferred.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical skills with experience in motions, pleadings, depositions, and appellate work; ability to work independently and in teams.

Salary : $162,500 - $250,000
