Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Lead the team to partner with SMEs to review current processes performance based on defined gaps and exceptions; review and develop standards, procedures, and work instructions; conduct time studies and variability analyses; define current key process and control measures (metrics)
- Identify waste and error-proof processes; define future state processes, KPI, and standardized work; determine and optimize unit costs; utilize technology and automation to optimize processes; and perform data capture/ analysis for key measures.
- Supports and advances Operational Excellence throughout the Organization and leads a team of Industrial Engineers within Operations Performance to refine processes while reducing waste to yield efficiencies that deliver tangible benefits.
- Works across Operations to ensure IE resources are focused on resolving the highest priority risks or gaps and deliver sustainable changes that close defined gaps related to safety, compliance, quality or delivery.
- Observes the work, conducts time and motion studies, stratifies losses and performs root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- The Industrial Engineer team helps implement new and enhanced processes, technologies, policies, and standard work to deliver quality and compliance, safely, within cost and on time.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IE or business-related field.
- Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
