- We are seeking compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join a leading multidisciplinary pain management team across CO and KY.
- This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering cutting-edge chronic pain care.
- Collaborate with physicians to diagnose and manage patients experiencing chronic pain.
- Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and studies.
- Educate patients on care plans, procedures, medications, and ongoing care expectations.
- Perform follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Conduct hospital consults and coordinate with referring and primary care providers.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Engage in marketing, staff training, and peer education initiatives.
- Provide occasional coverage at affiliated clinic sites as needed.
- Valid and unrestricted NP/PA license in applicable state(s) or willingness to obtain.
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Valid DEA license or eligibility upon hire.
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Passion for improving the lives of patients with chronic pain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency decision-making ability.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary : $110,000 - $180,000
