Pharmacist - Independent Community Pharmacy

Location- Racine, WI

$65-$72/hour | Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations
  • Lead and support pharmacy technicians and staff
  • Provide immunizations and patient consultations
  • Improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Build strong patient and provider relationships
  • Ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
  • Bachelor's or PharmD required
  • 2 years of pharmacist experience preferred
  • Immunization certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule & Benefits

  • Monday-Friday: 9 AM-6 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM-3 PM
  • Closed Sundays & major holidays
